Jerre Parson Williams believes in the importance of maintaining relationships and the value of volunteering. Now retired, Jerre was one of the highest-ranking women insurance executives at Aon Insurance and received numerous honors from the insurance industry.  Now retired, In service to her community, she has served on several boards, including the Houston Symphony League, Victory Houston, HITRS Theatre, The Houston Junior Forum and the American Cancer Society. 

Jerre has raised funds and awareness for many organizations.  A small sample of other organizations she gives her time to:  Houston Symphony, CCFA, Catholic Charities, the Salvation Army Auxillary and the Barbara Bush Literacy Foundation.  She served as Underwriting Co-Chair of the 2022 Symphony Ball, 2023 Symphony Ball Advisor and Auction Committee Member, 2025 Symphony Auction Chair, Finance Chair of the Symphony League in 2022 and 2023 and Fundraising Co-Chair from 2022-2024, and currently serves on the Symphony Executive Board.  She also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Victory Houston, Inc.

Among her honors, Jerre has received the Yellow Rose of Texas Award and was named Volunteer of the Year for the Houston Independent School District.  She was recognized as one of the Top Twenty Impact Makers and a Woman of Distinction at CCFA’s Winter Ball.
