RESTRICTIONS

Winners have 12 months from the purchase date to confirm their reservation and travel.

Subject to availability and travel year-round with the exception of Semana Santa, Christmas,

and New Year's weeks. Maximum occupancy of two adults and two children under 12 years old.

The children staying cannot be older than 12. Please note, a $249 resort fee is payable upon

redemption. Hotel taxes are required additionally, payable at check-out.

Nights must be used during one stay. Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. If

property, activity, or service is no longer available at the requested time of stay, a substitute

property, activity, or service of equal or greater value will be provided. The provider is not

liable for providing alternative accommodations if the preferred travel dates are unavailable.
